The report titled “The Function and Safety of Food Additives,” prepared by the Scientific Committee on Food Additives of the Food Safety Association, was published in Chapter 13 of the *Book of Nutrition and Dietetics: Current Topics 9* (Prof. Dr. Muhittin Tayfur, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Perim F. Türker).
