KATSAN Food Industry and Trade Ltd. was founded in 1988. Katsan Food manufactures and markets additives and auxiliary ingredients used in the production of baked goods, pastries, and ice cream, as well as a variety of chocolate and confectionery products. Among the approximately 600 product varieties it produces are: emulsifiers, leavening agents, ready-to-use powder mixes, whipped cream, creams, jellies, pastry and ice cream sauces, fruit fillings, fruit preparations, syrups, chocolate chips, coins, and pieces, madeleines, specialty chocolates, couverture, and confectionery varieties, pralines, and cocoa powders.
