Since its foundation in 1987, As Gıda has operations in Izmit-Köseköy with state-of-the-art production technology and automation systems to produce auxillary ingredients, raw materials, conditioners and finished products for bakery, milling, pastry and retail sectors. The impressive research and development units of the Pak group, namely FAGEM and Pak Biotechnology Center allow As Gıda to focus on development of high-performance products. As Gıda applies comprehensive quality assurance procedures during all stages of the production process starting from the purchasing of raw materials to the final delivery to customers.

As Gıda has been certified with ISO 9001, ISO 22000 (HACCP) and BRC Food Safety and Quality Management System documents.
