From May 5–8, 2025, Dr. Mehmet Çetin DURUK, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Association of Food Ingredients and Developers Manufacturers; Ercan TOPCUOL, Board Member; and Canan ELİBOLLAR, Secretary General, along with representatives from official institutions in Denmark and Turkey, – Turkey, particularly in the agriculture and food sectors, and focused on food ingredients and biosolutions.

The Turkish Commercial Attaché in Istanbul, the Danish Commercial Attaché, representatives from the Turkish Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, the Turkish Ministry of Trade, AAK, NOVONESİS, PALSGAARD, and the GIDABİL Association engaged in a comprehensive exchange of information and conducted productive on-site inspections.
By thoroughly examining how Denmark—with its focus on sustainability, efficiency, innovation, R&D, and food safety—can support the production and, in particular, the exports of the Turkish food industry as a solution partner, we aim to develop successful partnerships based on the experience we have gained.
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the organizations that supported participation in this program, which was designed to strengthen cooperation between the two countries, as well as to the participating experts and your management.
We were honored to have the opportunity to spend time with our team members—both those we already knew and those we met for the first time—at this event.
